POLICY AND EXCHANGES:

Custom units require more time to make -Which means that when payment is made in full orders it will take 2-3 business days to process and 10-21 business days to get constructed.

Ready to Ship Units Takes 2-3 days to process and ships out Prority!

Once its been processed and shipped a tracking number will be emailed/messaged to you it will take an additional 2-3 business days to arrive via USPS. Signature is REQUIRED upon arrival of package by customer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

The buyer is responsible for any additional custom fees that is required at the border. If you would like extra protection on your package please contact us with your order so we can include that in your order.

RETURN POLICY
Attention!!! We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are signed for. ALL shipments will require a signature for delivery.

All sales are final and no exchanges or refunds . Allow 7-10 days to process and ship your order. All Orders will require a signature for delivery. No Exceptions

 If the shipping address is not the same as the billing address connected with the  ATM/Debit/Checking Account your using it will not process. Shipping inside the US may take 5-7 business days. We only ship Monday – Friday For shipping outside the US please allow 6 to 10 business days. All shipping fees will be $20 Flat Shipping Rate, shipping outside the US will be $ 50 per every 2 bundles of hair. 

 Please note that the shipping time frame during sales extends to 7-14 business days. Once your order is placed we will not cancel or refund any pending orders.
